If an item is received in the mail damaged due to shipping errors, please submit the below information through our Contact Us tab or via email.

Due to the limited sources of the items which are obtained and used within my art, I am unable to offer 100% guaranteed repairs to some creations. An attempt can be made to repair broken items once both parties have come to an agreement in which damages meet our Terms on Return. All damaged pieces must be provided in order to attempt such repairs.  

To inquire with our Return or Refund policy, please submit the following details via the Contact tab on the website or email Megan at livenlightnlove8@gmail.com with the following information:

• Terms of return (i.e. number of days)
• State of return (new condition/unworn)
• Photos showing item, damage, pieces, etc.
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product
• Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)
